We are currently seeking a Lead Teacher to join our team at our new center opening by ferry. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a proven track record of success in implementing developmental programs. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment, and for mentoring and coaching less experienced teachers.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $20.50-$23.00/hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, free uniforms, health insurance, paid time off, training & development, and tuition assistance.

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years of professional teaching experience, an associate degree or higher, and demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP). CPR and First Aid certification is also preferred.
