Medical Director Services PC, a leading provider of medical services in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. Our company was founded in 2016 with a focus on quality and customer service. We prioritize treating residents with a higher level of acuity and reducing unnecessary hospitalizations.
Job Description
- Assure the delivery of quality care services to all patients in a respectful and professional manner
- Contribute to physician's effectiveness by identifying patient care issues and implementing directives
- Assess patient health by interviewing, performing physical examinations, and studying medical histories
- Document patient care services by charting in patient records
- Perform therapeutic procedures, instruct patients, and promote wellness and health maintenance
- Provide continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans
- Maintain a safe working environment and protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies
Requirements
- Appropriate NY State Licensure in good standing
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team

About the Role
This role offers an estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
