Childcare Educator New Center Opening

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Educator to join our team at The Learning Experience #400. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and creating a nurturing environment for children to thrive.
About the Job:
- This is a full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week.
- The salary range for this position is $18.25-$22.50/hour, with full benefits offered.
- You will be working with children aged infants to age 4.
- Classroom Leadership: Work closely with teachers to create a stimulating and welcoming environment where children can learn and grow.
- Curriculum Implementation: Support teachers in implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, adapting your approach to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Safety First: Prioritize a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring the well-being of all children in your care.
- Families and Communication: Collaborate with teachers to regularly update parents on their child's progress and milestones.
- Center Collaboration: Be a team player, working with center staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with families and colleagues, fostering an environment that encourages learning and play.
- Educational Background: High School Diploma or GED required; Early Childhood Education coursework preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in childcare or a passion for early childhood education is highly valued.
- State Compliance: Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
- Caregiving Skills: Proven ability to identify and address potential risks in a childcare setting; ensure children's physical and emotional needs are met.
- Physical Resilience: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, safely lift objects up to 40 pounds, and perform other physically demanding tasks as needed.
