Job Description

Seeking experienced and skilled Industrial Welders to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding to join metal parts together in accordance with project specifications.
  • Utilize welding equipment, tools, and materials efficiently and safely.
  • Inspect welds for quality and ensure they meet industry standards and project requirements.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute welding projects accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues or malfunctions that may arise during the welding process.
  • Assist in the setup and preparation of materials and work areas for welding operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid welding certifications such as AWS (American Welding Society) certification a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Industrial Welder in a similar manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
  • Strong knowledge of welding materials, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot welding issues.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in various positions and environments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
