Workplace Experience Coordinator

Join our team as a Workplace Experience Coordinator, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional workplace services to our clients. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities related to the delivery of workplace experience services, including administrative support for teams managing and directing services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support for the delivery of workplace services, including coordination of activities and tasks.
- Assist the Workplace Experience leadership team with general administrative support, including invoice processing, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Manage accuracy, production, quality, and retention of program materials, including administration of SharePoint sites or similar.
- Ensure client and company materials comply with client and company brand guidelines.
- Utilize and maintain integrity of databases and other digital tools associated with service delivery, as requested.
- Respond to customer requests and complaints regarding Workplace Experience services.
- A minimum of 1-2 years related experience in a Front Desk, Concierge, Hospitality, Room Management, or Customer Service role.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneNote, and Outlook.
- Comfortable with and embracing of new technologies and digital tools, such as Apps, databases, financial management, work order management, social networking, cloud technologies, handheld mobile technologies, and applications.
The ideal candidate will be able to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift/carry heavy loads of less than 50 lbs. or more.
