Job Summary

We're seeking a Patient Experience Specialist to join our team, where you'll play a critical role in transforming every patient visit into a memorable journey of care and comfort. As a trusted partner, you'll guide patients through their treatment plans, navigate insurance and financial details, and ensure they leave feeling informed and reassured.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify patient demographics and treatment plans
  • Assist patients with financial arrangements and scheduling
  • Manage faculty, staff, and student schedules to achieve utilization goals
  • Work with the clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow
  • Complete patient insurance pre-authorization and coordinate treatment data collection
  • Check patients in and out for appointments and respond to incoming communications
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of experience in a dental or medical office, or a mix of education, experience, and training that equips you with the necessary knowledge and skills
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish speaking)
  • Administrative experience in a dental practice with knowledge of dental insurance and procedures
