Position Summary

Additionally, this position will involve addressing broader needs within the donor solutions area, including prioritizing team backlogs, strategic analysis, and success metrics evaluation. Your commitment to personal and team development will help integrate the latest insights and knowledge into the squad's culture.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • 6-10+ years of experience in product ownership or program management
  • A strong passion for innovation and strategic thinking, coupled with the ability to articulate details regarding feasibility and delivery
  • Experience with agile methodologies at scale
  • Proficiency in value-based prioritization methods
  • Capability to define project objectives, target audiences, and underlying motivations
  • Focus on identifying key features by leading with the problem rather than the solution
  • Ability to gather insights on desired features and assess their relative value
  • Skill in translating cross-functional business objectives, epics, and user stories for an Agile team
  • Creation of a prioritized Product Backlog based on value, size, risk, and other pertinent factors

  • Support for team and iteration commitments, with transparency regarding any necessary changes
  • Evaluation of features produced at the end of each iteration, identifying opportunities for enhanced business value
  • Reprioritization of the backlog based on insights about opportunities, constraints, and risks
  • Decision-making regarding software release timing to the market or customers
  • Maintenance of clear release criteria and communication of these with the team and stakeholders
  • Active engagement with the team throughout the iteration, providing valuable input and feedback
