About the Role

Fidelity TalentSource is seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving product development that generates value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and manage product roadmaps that align business, data, and technology objectives.
  • Craft current and future state diagrams, process flows, and use cases to position prioritized areas for delivery success.
  • Plan across teams for dependency alignment and facilitate quarterly planning activities that effectively break down work towards sprint goals.
  • Own the backlog to ensure epics and stories are clear and concise with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive product requirements and prioritization for multiple Squads working closely with team members.
  • Establish, deliver, and refine a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously, while balancing business priorities and quality.
  • Ability to deal with evolving business needs and demonstrate leadership to manage ambiguity.
  • Dynamic Working: ability to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite.
