Advanced Practice Provider Oncology Specialist

Catholic Health Initiatives, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team. As a key member of our oncology department, you will provide high-quality, comprehensive patient care through clinical expertise, role modeling, mentoring, consultation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including functional, mental, social, and physical conditions, to establish accurate diagnoses.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, evaluating patient outcomes and making necessary adjustments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare teams to ensure timely and comprehensive services.
- Provide supervision to clinical staff as needed, developing and maintaining policy and procedure for patient care activities.
- Contribute to team development and program growth through process improvement skills and active participation in hospital and department projects.
- Current APRN licensure in Kentucky.
- Eligibility for a Medicare provider number and DEA registration.
$40.56 - $68.14/hour
