Key Responsibilities
  • Installation Coordination: Provide exceptional service, support, and coordination for all installation activities, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Scheduling and Execution: Add installation jobs to the service schedule, update customers on progress, and review daily reports to ensure projects are on track.
  • Material Coordination: Coordinate shipping of materials or products as required for installation jobs.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential obstacles, conflicts, or delays and assist in formulating solutions to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document deviations and issues that occur on installation projects, identify trends, and implement corrective actions for improvements.
  • Subcontracting and Purchasing: Coordinate subcontracting of installation and service projects, source subcontractors, verify information, obtain pricing, and generate purchase orders as directed.
  • Quality Assurance: Review installation service reports and completion photographs to ensure work was completed satisfactorily.
  • Financial Management: Process installation billings through the ERP system upon completion of the installation.
  • Project Management: Update production schedules to accurately reflect installation dates and keep customers informed on project progress.
  • Work Order Management: Review work orders and verify pertinent information is available, including installation documentation.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Manage lists of completed installation projects and complete monthly reporting as directed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 or more years of experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment, capital equipment/facilities engineering, or field operations.
Desirable Skills
  • Project Management: Experience with project management principles and practices.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, including communication, priority setting, influencing, and conflict resolution.
  • Technical Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills for expressing technical ideas and initiatives.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
