Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team at Northeast Ohio Neighborhood. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, working closely with our medical staff to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Patient Examinations
    • Conduct basic patient examinations, including vital sign checks and medical histories
    • Assist with diagnostic testing and procedures as needed
  • Medication Administration
    • Administer oral and injectable medications as prescribed by medical staff
    • Monitor patient responses to medication and report any adverse reactions
  • Patient Education
    • Provide patients and their families with education on medical conditions, treatments, and self-care
    • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Documentation and Communication
    • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
    • Communicate effectively with medical staff, patients, and families to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
    • Valid license to practice nursing in the State of Ohio
  • Experience and Skills
    • One to two years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
    • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule

We offer a variety of work schedule options to fit your needs, including:

  • Full-time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Part-time: Monday - Friday, 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  • Weekend hours available
