General Duties:

- Adhere to all organizational policies and standards, including those related to patient confidentiality and Protected Health Information (PHI).

Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of an accredited practical nursing program or current enrollment in a nursing program.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required for Level II positions.
- Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Familiarity with the LPN scope of practice as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
- Proficient in utilizing various technical equipment to meet patient needs and deliver prescribed therapies.

Licenses and Certifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- IV certification may be required depending on the unit.

Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Occasional climbing and balancing.
- Constant engagement in talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
