Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the entire revenue cycle operation, including patient registration, insurance verification, billing, collections, and customer service.
  • Implement cost transformation profitability strategies to optimize revenue and reduce unnecessary expenses.

  • Develop and execute payor strategy and contracting initiatives to maximize reimbursement and minimize contractual allowances.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Director of Revenue Cycle Management position should possess the following:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in cost transformation profitability, multi-site/multi-shore/shared service operations, payor strategy/contracting, change management/process improvement, client relationship management, and acquisitions/integrations/implementation.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
