Accounting Advisory Leadership Role

Cherry Bekaert Advisory, LLC is seeking an experienced Leadership Role in Financial Advisory to join our national team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team, delivering cutting-edge advisory services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, with 4+ years of experience in public accounting firms and banking/credit union environments. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an active CPA license are also required. In addition, the candidate should have a proven track record of managing multiple client relationships, providing technical accounting consulting, and navigating complex regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality advisory services, including financial close and reporting, regulatory call report preparation, and remediation of examination issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, annual budgets, and management or board-level reporting in a banking/credit union environment.
  • Provide technical accounting consulting to clients, including CECL (Current Expected Credit Loss) Standard implementation, mergers & acquisitions, and regulatory reporting.

Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $92,625 to $160,000, based on performance, experience, and location.
