Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bulk Operator to join our team at Cremer North America. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading non-hazardous and hazardous bulk chemicals across our facility grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate equipment such as pumps, piping, hoses, valves, steam, and heat trace to unload and load rail or trucks and ISO containers.
  • Transfer non-hazardous and hazardous materials from one vessel to another, including tanker trucks, totes, tanks, and ISO containers.
  • Perform autonomous maintenance, including cleaning, inspecting, lubricating, and tightening to maintain equipment base condition.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement activities through established methods.
  • Maintain housekeeping requirements and 5S standards.
  • Perform washouts, changeovers, and cleaning and sanitization of facilities and equipment.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
  • Act and be safe at all times.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred experience working as a bulk operator, in a manufacturing or warehouse setting, and with sit-down forklift experience.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Able to work on top of tanks up to 70 feet in height, in ambient temperatures, and for extended periods.
  • Able to independently lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis during shift.
