Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bulk Operator to join our team at Cremer North America. As a Bulk Operator, you will play a critical role in loading and unloading non-hazardous and hazardous bulk chemicals across our facility grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload non-hazardous and hazardous bulk chemicals across facility grounds
  • Operate equipment, including pumps, piping, hoses, valves, steam, and heat trace
  • Transfer non-hazardous and hazardous materials from one vessel to another
  • Perform autonomous maintenance, including cleaning, inspecting, lubricating, and tightening equipment
  • Maintain housekeeping requirements and 5S standards
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures
  • Assist in maintaining a safe work environment and comply with all customer, regulatory, and quality requirements
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills, including accessing networks, accessing files, inputting or modifying data, and printing files
  • Ability to work on top of tanks up to 70 feet in height
  • Ability to work in ambient temperatures (high and low)
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (e.g., greater than one hour)
  • Ability to independently lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis during shift
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working as a bulk operator
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
  • Sit-down forklift experience
