Job Description

Westlake Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Area Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing all sales activities and account development within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers to increase their use of the line of credit
  • Identifying and mitigating account risk and collections pre and post default
  • Growing the portfolio by collecting new dealer applications and following up on new leads and referrals
  • Achieving goals and performance targets as set by the company through daily production and activities
  • Collaborating with internal partners to drive revenue and maximize profitability
  • Supporting the Risk department with post and pre-default risk mitigation

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English, Spanish) and knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Strong financial acumen and working knowledge of key financial tools and terminology
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage deadlines
  • Strong negotiation and collection skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • BA/BS in a related field and 3 years of related experience
