Position Overview: The Training Operations Lead is responsible for crafting, implementing, and overseeing educational initiatives that bolster the growth and scalability of the global Product Management division. This role collaborates with essential business partners to assess and prioritize educational requirements, delivering customized solutions that drive significant business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders, training collaborators, and subject matter experts to evaluate educational needs within the Product Management division, ensuring efficient identification, development, and execution of solutions.
  • Design and facilitate educational programs, including onboarding for new hires, training on interviewing and hiring practices, and performance calibration sessions for emerging managers.
  • Conduct learning sessions across diverse environments, adapting facilitation techniques to suit various audience levels, from newcomers to seasoned managers.
  • Collaborate with Product Management leaders to assess business health and pinpoint areas where educational efforts should be concentrated.
  • Manage and update training modules within the Learning Management System (Absorb), ensuring all content remains current and relevant.
  • Implement knowledge assessments and role-playing exercises to validate learning outcomes.
  • Conduct post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Work alongside colleagues across Client, partner teams, and leadership to develop, sustain, and enhance educational programs for Product Management.
  • Provide support as necessary across various training-related projects for Product Management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in learning and development, curriculum design, content creation, and facilitation. Proven ability to work autonomously and self-manage in a rapidly evolving organization. Exceptional skill in conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely. Strong consulting and relationship-building capabilities. A deep commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Proficiency with Mac and Google products, along with experience using Absorb or similar Learning Management Systems and eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline.
