We are seeking a highly skilled Health Solutions Consultant to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our Health Solutions practice, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative and effective solutions to our clients in the Central region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct and lead client meetings, monitor and execute deliverables based on project scope and statement of work.
  • Provide financial analysis, including participation and peer-review in developing gross and net plan projections, creating employee contribution scenarios, and monthly financial reports.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, setting deadlines and managing team workflow, providing feedback, direction, and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with a Life, Accident & Health License.
  • Three plus years of experience in Health and Benefits and/or experience in an HR consulting firm or professional services firm.
  • Excellent organizational and communications skills (written and verbal).
  • Project management and strong analytical ability.
  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of benefits and services offered and value to clients.
  • Strong presentation skills.
