Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Planner to join our team at Laura Mossakowski LLC. As a Financial Planner, you will be responsible for providing top-notch financial planning and investment guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service & Acquisition (40%)
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire and retain high-quality clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique financial goals and objectives.
    • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Financial Planning & Investment Management (40%)
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that meet clients' needs and goals.
    • Provide expert investment advice and guidance to clients to help them achieve their financial objectives.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry changes and trends to ensure clients are well-informed and prepared.
  • Business Management (20%)
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and success.
    • Assist in creating and implementing goals, vision, and growth plans for the team and firm.
    • Explore and implement new technologies and solutions to improve business operations and client experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably with a focus on the CFP designation or Insurance sector.
  • Currently holds or is pursuing qualifications such as Series 7 (or Series 6), Series 66 (or equivalent), WI Health & Life Insurance licenses.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to assist clients effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive and friendly attitude is a must.
