We are seeking a highly skilled Experiential Marketing Strategist to join our team at Associated Banc-Corp. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive large-scale events and meetings that showcase our brand and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Execution: Collaborate with our Executive Leadership Team and business partners to plan and execute large-scale events and meetings that align with our company's vision and strategy.
  • Logistics and Budget Management: Manage event logistics, including budgeting, contract negotiations, and on-site event execution to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate, review, and manage contracts with business partners, ensuring that all aspects of the event are executed within budget and to the highest standard.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets ranging from $5,000 to $200,000+ to ensure maximum efficiency and results, and ensure financial review and invoicing are reconciled promptly.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and report on event outcomes, including post-event surveys and expense summaries, to ensure continuous improvement and ongoing efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Experience: 4-7 years of broad-based marketing experience within both B2C and B2B customers, with an emphasis on multichannel communication and activation efforts
