About the Job

We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team at Mindoula Health, where you will play a vital role in our Substance Use Disorder Program. This program focuses on addressing substance use disorders among pregnant and postpartum women, providing a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a therapist with experience in maternal substance abuse to contribute to the success of our program. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that works together to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

As a therapist in this role, you will have the flexibility to create groups and utilize evidence-based practices that align with your passions. Our compensation package includes an estimated salary of up to $75,000 per year, based on clinical hours worked, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k with company match, paid vacation time, mental wellness days, holidays, parental leave, and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to develop personalized plans of care
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for patients
  • Identify and initiate referrals for social services and community resources
Qualifications
  • LCSW, LMFT, LPC licensure in Tennessee
  • Experience working with substance abuse populations, particularly maternal substance abuse
  • Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
