Therapist Role in Tennessee

This position involves working as a therapist with our substance use disorder program, serving members in need of prenatal and postpartum care. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other professionals to provide individualized care plans, biopsychosocial assessments, and group therapy sessions.
Your expertise and passion for helping others will be instrumental in creating a supportive environment for our members. With a flexible schedule and the freedom to create groups and utilize evidence-based practices, you will have the autonomy to design your approach.
The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary of up to $75,000 per year, based on clinical hours, plus comprehensive benefits. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, supplemental life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
