About the Role

Mindoula Health is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Substance Use Disorder Program, serving members who have been exposed to substances during pregnancy or postpartum. As a therapist in this program, you will provide individual and group therapy to address substance use disorders, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.

The ideal candidate will be licensed in Tennessee (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and possess experience working with adults and adolescents. A background in maternal substance abuse is preferred, as well as familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures. Remote work experience is also essential for this role.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is up to $75,000 per year, based on clinical hours worked, plus comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k with company match, paid vacation time, mental wellness days, holidays, parental leave, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for patients
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to develop personalized plans of care
  • Conduct individual counseling and group therapy sessions
  • Identify and initiate referrals for social services and community resources
  • Advocate for patients and their families to ensure their needs are met
Requirements
  • LCSW, LMFT, LPC licensure in Tennessee
  • Experience working with substance abuse populations, particularly maternal substance abuse
  • Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
  • Remote work experience
