Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end business process cycles, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, warehouse management, transportation management, and final mile delivery.
  • IT Landscape Expertise: Become proficient with core and secondary IT systems, as well as interfaces.
  • Requirements & Analysis: Review and understand business requirements, compare vendor solutions, and prepare detailed analyses.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Present your findings to executive leadership and offer actionable recommendations.
  • Budget & Timeline Management: Create detailed budgets, manage expenses, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Resource Management: Identify resource needs, manage asset bandwidth, and deliver weekly status reports to stakeholders.
  • Risk Mitigation: Address risks with alternative solutions or workarounds as needed.
  • Deployment Management: Handle communication, training, and comprehensive cutover plans during Go-Lives.
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Oversee Hypercare and expedite resolutions during production outages.
  • Process Improvement: Assist Business Analysts in change requests and enhance the change request process to boost delivery capacity.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of proven IT project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • MBA and PMP Certification preferred.
Required Skills:
  • Experience with distribution systems and platforms such as Web, ERP, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Final Mile Delivery.
  • Expertise in both upstream (sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing) and downstream (receiving, selection, inventory control) distribution practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering relationships, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Outstanding communication abilities to explain complex systems and processes clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Effective time management with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Dynamic and agile, with the ability to shift focus based on situational needs.
