Job Title: Manager Project Management

Indegene, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Manager Project Management to join our team in Princeton, NJ.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Manager Project Management to lead our project management team and oversee the delivery of projects across various domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define program controls, processes, and procedures to manage projects effectively.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, work breakdown structures, and status reports.
  • Provide periodic status updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Apply effective collaboration and stakeholder management strategies.
  • Conduct ad-hoc process audits and initiate critical project reviews to ensure quality delivery.
  • Establish and maintain process governance, engagement models, and operational escalation procedures.
  • Monitor client business results and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate project-level risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • Master's or foreign equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Project Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or related field.
  • Ability to travel and relocate to various client sites throughout the U.S.

Salary Range: $194,334.00/Year to $195,000.00/Year
