Electrical Service Account Representative

An Electrical Service Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients to understand their electrical needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Actively seek and incorporate client feedback to enhance the service experience and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a consistent flow of new business opportunities.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue streams.
- Develop comprehensive estimates for each client opportunity, incorporating all necessary resources and collaborating with internal stakeholders to address potential scope gaps.
- Presentation and negotiation skills are essential in preparing and presenting timely and detailed proposals to current and prospective clients.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to final sale, including handling follow-ups and assisting with finalizing agreements.
- Work Order Coordination:
- Oversee project initiation closely and facilitate transitions from sales to project execution, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Review detailed scopes of work, project timelines, and resource plans to guarantee efficient project execution and minimize delays.
- Coordinate with internal operations team to ensure timely delivery of service and materials, addressing any on-site problems or questions related to the work agreed upon.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and project statuses, providing valuable insights into business performance and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit regular status reports and performance metrics to the NSM, highlighting key accomplishments and challenges faced.
- Assist with change order pricing and ensure all necessary documentation is complete, supporting the company's growth and financial stability.
- Client Support:
- Serve as a liaison between clients and project team when needed, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with operations to resolve on-site problems or questions related to the work agreed upon, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.
- Maintain high standards of execution by maintaining consistent communication with the operations team and client, upholding InPwr's reputation for exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the construction or service industry. Strong technical understanding relevant to our services and industry standards is also essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software such as Accubid.
