Position Overview:

Grundfos is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to spearhead our newly formed Customer Success division and oversee several key accounts primarily located in the United States.

In this capacity, you will facilitate onboarding and implement necessary transformations with our clients based on our innovative solution: "Grundfos Machine Health" (GMH).

This initiative leverages cutting-edge predictive maintenance technology (AI) and Industry 4.0 principles.

Your role will also involve cultivating long-term strategic partnerships with clients to foster GMH revenue growth, managing critical implementation activities for new clients, and driving expansion initiatives (up/cross-selling) for existing accounts while aiding in the renewal process.

This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for selected clients, focusing on those in the United States.
Ensure value delivery, realization, and overall client success for multiple actively managed accounts.
Oversee key customer lifecycle stages post-sale; ensure a sustainable business relationship is established.
Implement our solutions and coordinate post-sale activities in collaboration with field operations, digital sales, support, and our clients.
Utilize the Gainsight platform to manage customer interactions and maximize the benefits of this tool.
Drive solutions with clients, providing training and education to ensure full adoption of the solutions.

Monitor client engagement and usage, taking proactive measures with the Success team and broader Grundfos organization to guarantee client success.

Contribute to the design and execution of Global Customer Success Management capabilities, leading smaller improvement projects and processes.

Qualifications:


A technical background, ideally in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in customer success, account management, or project management.

Experience in digital, IoT, or a SaaS/services environment is preferred.
Hands-on experience with machine commissioning, repair, and troubleshooting is advantageous.

Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with local and global colleagues to effectively resolve client challenges.

Strong project management capabilities, with a focus on driving improvement initiatives and fostering a data-driven culture.
Excellent collaboration skills across all organizational levels.

Agile Mindset:

Ability to quickly adapt and integrate into a team where new capabilities are designed, tested, and implemented as part of daily operations.

Proactive and action-oriented; motivated to deliver high-quality results independently.
Fluency in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time. A valid passport is required.

Relocation support for this position is not available, and qualified candidates must possess authorization to work in the USA without assistance.
