Physical Therapist - Pediatrics Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Queens and Nassau County. As a Physical Therapist - Pediatrics, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and develop personalized physical therapy treatment plans for patients
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Educate caregivers and families on proper care and support
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and updates
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree or higher in physical therapy
  • Valid license to practice physical therapy
  • At least 1 year of experience as a physical therapist in home care, with Medicare Part A experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
