Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Occupational Therapist to join our team at Royal Care Certified. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing, recovering, or maintaining the daily living and work skills of individuals with physical, mental, or developmental conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional Occupational Therapy services to patients by assessing and understanding care plans and creating OT Home Care treatment plans alongside physicians or by prescription.
  • Document visits and updates on patients' care and progress.
  • Educate caregivers and their families on how to care for patients.
  • Make informed judgments on the types of care and services needed for each patient.
  • Support our company mission by providing the highest quality of home care.

Requirements:

  • OT License and Registration to practice in New York State.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • At least 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapist in home care, with Medicare Part A experience.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) is a plus but not required.
