About the Role

Thunderbolt Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Vice President for the Americas to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop a Regional Sales Team: You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team in the Americas region. This includes recruiting, training, and mentoring sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue in the Americas region.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the Americas region. This includes identifying customer needs, developing solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Sales Budget and Operations: You will be responsible for managing the sales budget and operations in the Americas region. This includes planning, approving, and monitoring sales expenses, as well as ensuring that sales operations are running smoothly.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Processes: You will work closely with our operations team to develop and implement sales processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness in the Americas region.
  • Conduct Market and Customer Analysis: You will be responsible for conducting market and customer analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Americas region.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience: You must have a proven track record of sales leadership experience, with a strong background in sales strategy, sales operations, and team management.
  • Strong Business Acumen: You must have a strong understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinker: You must be a strategic thinker, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.
