Senior Carpenter

About the Role:

Hogan & Associates Construction is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team on a night shift basis. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct, repair, and install structures and fixtures made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition.
• Work 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, and overtime as necessary or until work is completed.
• Shifts (day, swing, and night) and work assignments may vary as deemed necessary by management.
• Must become Hogan certified before operating equipment.
• Actively attend and participate in the Daily Production & Safety meetings each morning.

Requirements:

• Journeyman Carpenter with added finishing skill set.
• Capable of high-level quality and craftsmanship.
• Capable of completing work with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma preferred.
