Your Responsibilities:

We are in search of an experienced, innovative, and passionate culinary professional to manage kitchen operations. You will oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring that the highest quality of meals is prepared for our clients while meeting food and labor cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of weekly menus and food preparation, while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas as directed by the Executive Chef.
  • Support inventory management of all food service items and supplies as instructed.
  • Ensure the orderly storage and cleanliness of all kitchen, dining room, and food storage areas.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of safe food handling and preparation to enhance the quality of life for our patients.

Qualifications:

  • Job Type: Flexible schedule, 3.5 days a week full time.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in casual dining preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Current ServeSafe Certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment.
