We are seeking a passionate and skilled line cook who is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality through their culinary expertise. As a member of our kitchen team, you will work in a fast-paced environment, preparing food items with accuracy and adhering to our quality cooking methods and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food items with accuracy based on menu knowledge and preparation procedures
  • Work hot line stations, including grill, middle, and sauté
  • Set up workstations, clean, and maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work area

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to set up a carving station or prior banquet experience
  • Reliable transportation
