Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design professionals, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, including planning, execution, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
