About the Role
As a Project Manager/Estimator at Thunderpup Construction Inc, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from planning to implementation. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects simultaneously, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring high standards of workmanship.

With a strong focus on organization and planning, you will be responsible for allocating and developing resources efficiently. Proficiency in MS Programs, Bluebeam, and Project Procore is preferred. Additionally, excellent administrative skills, including filing, copying, and scanning, are necessary for this position.

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, which is estimated to be around $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and performance. The successful candidate will also have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities
• Plan and manage construction projects from estimation phase through client turnover
• Coordinate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Ensure compliance with original plans and specifications
• Develop and implement resource allocation strategies

Requirements
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and/or equivalent experience preferred (HS diploma or GED required)
• Previous experience in construction management: 3-5 years of running construction projects
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to jobsites
• Verifiable work history/references demonstrating excellent contributions, skills, and integrity required
