**Job Description**

Colorado State University is seeking a highly skilled Executive Project Coordinator to join their team. This full-time professional role will report directly to the Vice President of University Operations & CFO (VPUO) and emphasize project management, analysis, and support for complex projects.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field and at least three years of experience in project management, research, or executive-level support in a large organization. Strong analytical skills and experience in data collection and summarizing are also required.

Key responsibilities will include managing and supporting complex projects, developing project plans and timelines, coordinating retreats and work sessions, and providing research and documentation for ongoing and new projects. The ideal candidate will also have excellent written communication skills, with a focus on producing high-quality reports and summaries.
