Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests in navigating the menu, providing detailed descriptions and addressing inquiries.

  • Stay informed about seasonal offerings and actively promote menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
  • Accurately take and process food and beverage orders, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Utilize the restaurant's POS system efficiently for order management.
  • Handle special dietary requests with care, communicating them effectively to the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
  • Verify the accuracy and presentation of orders before serving.
  • Serve food and beverages following established fine dining protocols.
  • Present dishes elegantly, providing descriptions to enhance the dining experience.
  • Maintain attentive service, anticipating guest needs throughout their meal.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, checking in regularly and refilling beverages as necessary.
  • Efficiently clear and reset tables, upholding cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
