We are seeking a dedicated Nephrology Care Specialist to join our team. As a Registered Nurse RN at DAVITA, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care in a hospital setting, focusing on patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
About the RoleThis role involves working as part of an interdisciplinary team and delivering specialized nephrology care through various renal therapies while maintaining a flexible schedule. You will work daily in a hospital setting, delivering dialysis to patients at a contracted healthcare system, and become an integral part of both the hospital and DaVita team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide lifesaving care during regularly scheduled and on-call shifts
- Coverage for Mount Auburn Hospital and Cambridge Health Alliance (Cambridge and Everett)
- Scheduled 4 days per week, including every other Saturday
- On Call: 1x per week 6p-6a, 1x per month on a weekend
- Competitive salary range $65,000 - $90,000 annually

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice;
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible.
