Nursing Roles at DaVita

We have various nursing opportunities across different locations, including Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Medford, Weymouth, Dartmouth, North Andover, and Woburn. Our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive care to patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

No Dialysis Experience Required

Excellent Paid Training Provided for those new to dialysis, ensuring you're well-equipped to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

Hiring Multiple Clinics

DaVita offers flexible scheduling options, including morning, evening shifts, rotating Saturday and holiday shifts - with Sundays off. You'll work closely with your colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care.

New Grad Nurses Welcome

We invite new grad nurses to join our team in select locations, where they can develop their skills and contribute to our mission of improving patient health.

About This Role

  • You will build long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
  • As a member of our team, you'll be part of a positive environment that supports and relies on each other.
  • You'll oversee groups of patients with support from PCTs, conducting observations, measuring vital signs, and machine setup.
  • This role demands a range of nursing skills and knowledge to create unique treatment plans for complex patients.
  • You will use your head, heart, and hands daily in a fast-paced environment.

About DaVita

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including a 401(k) match, healthcare coverage, and more. Compensation for this role is estimated at $70,000-$110,000 per year, based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

Requirements

  • A minimum Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing is required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.), three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted.
  • Candidates with ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg experience, as well as CNN or CDN certification, are welcome to apply.
