Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:

  • Oversee the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Draft and refine documents, presentations, and reports for executive communications.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of strategic goals and objectives.
  • Participate in meetings, serving as the note-taker and administrative support.

Personal Assistance:

  • Manage all household tasks, including grocery shopping, meal preparation, and inventory management.
  • Schedule and supervise home maintenance services, ensuring the CEO's residence is well-kept.
  • Coordinate home repairs and design decisions with the CEO and relevant professionals.
  • Organize vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Provide care for the CEO's pets, including feeding and veterinary coordination.
  • Assist with technology needs, particularly with the CEO's mobile devices, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Handle various errands, such as picking up dry cleaning or purchasing specific items.
  • Schedule and manage personal appointments for the CEO, ensuring all logistics are in place.
  • Coordinate gifts for special occasions, ensuring timely and thoughtful delivery.
  • Plan and organize personal events or gatherings, managing all details effectively.
  • Act as the primary contact for all appointments, reminding the CEO of scheduled events.

Financial Coordination:

  • Collect and organize tax-related documents, collaborating closely with the CPA and other relevant parties.
  • Assist in managing personal finances, including bill payments and expense tracking.

Travel and Calendar Management:

  • Arrange all aspects of the CEO's travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Ensure travel plans align with the CEO's schedule and preferences.
