Job Summary:

Godspeed Workforce is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable and efficient solutions using the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Salesforce Solutions: Participate in agile squad ceremonies to review and understand documented user stories, collaborate with other developers on the team to analyze design and implement new features / services / applications that adhere to change management practices.
  • Code Quality and Testing: Ensure high code quality through automated unit and functional testing, work within a talented team comprised of technical product and business team members to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay open-minded and look beyond your stack to solve complex problems, actively seek out knowledge about new technologies and see how they can be used to solve current and foreseeable challenges.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with minimal supervision and documentation deep diving into code and troubleshooting issues that arise to determine root cause, collaborate with global IT and business team members.

Requirements:

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
  • Experience: 5 years of development experience, 5 years of Salesforce Development/Lead and Web development experience.
  • Skills: Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform, strong hand-on experience in developing with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), expertise in system integrations using REST/SOAP API event-based patterns, real-time and batch-based solutions.
  • Tools and Technologies: Highly confident in utilization of Visual Studio Code and Salesforce DX, ability to work with GIT.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft.NET platform, TSQL queries/stored procedures, Oracle PLSQL.
  • Experience with data migration initiatives.
  • Experience implementation CRM solutions in the financial sector, building new orgs from scratch.
  • Previous exposure to Capital Market / Wealth Management domains.
