Job Description

Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Store Manager to lead our store team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers.
  • Train and develop sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Previous wireless experience or sales management experience required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and identify trends.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
  • Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Positive, can-do attitude, highly motivated, results-driven personality.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to understand and implement our sales process.
  • Ability to function independently as well as be a team player.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to complete sales tasks and meet quotas.
  • Must be able to work the varied hours of retail, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in prepaid wireless sales management.
  • Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
  • Bilingual / English & Spanish REQUIRED

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly.
  • Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly).
  • Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days.

Job Type:

  • Full-Time.
  • Hourly - Non-Exempt.

Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Ability to occasionally lift 10 to 25 pounds.
  • Constant walking and standing; frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
