The Role

We are seeking a Sales Associate who will have a passion for our products and our customers, creating a unique experience for them. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Meeting or Exceeding Goals: The Sales Associate will be responsible for meeting or exceeding all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilizing the Lovesac Selling Process: The Sales Associate will utilize the Lovesac proprietary selling process to provide each customer with outstanding service.
  • Offering Additional Financing Options: The Sales Associate will offer additional financing options to customers, including Lovesac credit card and secondary financing programs.
  • Maintaining Inventory Integrity: The Sales Associate will maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times.
  • Participating in Promotional Campaigns: The Sales Associate will participate in the execution of any promotional campaigns, including product placement and marketing updates.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: The Sales Associate will provide excellent customer service, including order management and resolving customer issues.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 1-2 Years of Related Sales Experience: The Sales Associate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience.
  • Results-Driven: The Sales Associate will be results-driven and utilize knowledge to meet or exceed KPIs and goals.
  • Proven Time Management Skills: The Sales Associate will have proven time management skills and quickly adapt to a changing business environment.
  • Superior Communication Skills: The Sales Associate will have superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects: The Sales Associate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently.
