The estimated salary for this role is between $18-$28 per hour, depending on relevant experience and education. This role also includes overtime compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description

As a Department Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a department and ensuring excellent customer service and sales growth
  • Managing inventory levels and maintaining stockroom organization
  • Training and developing staff to meet performance standards
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least three years of experience in retail or food service management
  • Supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
