Nursing Services Leader

Cascades at St. Anne is seeking a skilled Nursing Services Leader to join our team in Seattle, WA.
We strive to provide top-quality care to each patient and maximize their functional independence for safe discharge to the next level of care.
SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and the location.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Nursing Services Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining nursing programs and activities
- Creating and updating written nursing policies, procedures, manuals, objectives, and philosophies
- Coordinating nursing services with other resident services
- Implementing plans to correct deficiencies
- Completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charts, etc.
- Developing and implementing a quality assurance program
- Assisting in planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining resident discharge procedures and plans
- Developing and implementing a nursing services organization structure
- Participating in surveys and inspections by government agencies
- Submitting reports and recommendations to the Administrator concerning operations of the department
To be successful as a Nursing Services Leader, you must have:
- A minimum associate degree; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
- A valid Registered Nurse license in good standing
- At least one year of experience in nursing leadership in a long-term care facility or geriatric healthcare setting
- The ability to read and write legibly and understand English
- Genuine concern and love for the geriatric population
