Job Overview

Cascades at St. Anne is seeking a skilled Nursing Services Leader to join our team in Seattle, WA.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and the location.

Responsibilities

As a Nursing Services Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining nursing programs and activities
  • Creating and updating written nursing policies, procedures, manuals, objectives, and philosophies
  • Coordinating nursing services with other resident services
  • Implementing plans to correct deficiencies
  • Completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charts, etc.
  • Developing and implementing a quality assurance program
  • Assisting in planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining resident discharge procedures and plans
  • Developing and implementing a nursing services organization structure
  • Participating in surveys and inspections by government agencies
  • Submitting reports and recommendations to the Administrator concerning operations of the department
Requirements

To be successful as a Nursing Services Leader, you must have:

  • A minimum associate degree; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • A valid Registered Nurse license in good standing
  • At least one year of experience in nursing leadership in a long-term care facility or geriatric healthcare setting
  • The ability to read and write legibly and understand English
  • Genuine concern and love for the geriatric population
