Job Description:


The Site Executive is accountable for the strategic vision and overall financial performance of the Seabed Systems division, leading a diverse and cross-functional team across various locations.

Oversees all stages of projects from initiation to completion.

Ensures program execution aligns with critical business and financial goals, including orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and cash flow for both new and ongoing initiatives.

Evaluates market conditions and formulates growth strategies for the business portfolio.
Engages in contract negotiations and modifications.

Facilitates the development of proposals, business plans, performance Statements of Work (SOW), specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms of contracts.

Acts as the primary liaison for customers regarding program activities, leading discussions on cost, schedule, and technical performance during program review sessions.

Establishes design criteria and engineering requirements for product research, development, integration, and testing.
Works to expand the product offerings in collaboration with customers.

Sets milestones and monitors compliance with master plans and schedules, identifies program challenges, and devises solutions, such as reallocating resources or modifying contractual specifications.

Supervises the work of team members assigned to the program across technical, manufacturing, and administrative domains.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
10% Domestic Travel

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. A Graduate Degree with at least 13 years of relevant experience is also acceptable. Alternatively, a minimum of 19 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
US DoD Secret Clearance is mandatory, with the capability to engage in Special Access Programs.

Preferred Additional Skills:
PMP Certification
Proficient in MS Office and strong communication skills
Previous experience as a Program Manager for government clients
Active Secret Clearance
