Apprenticeship Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Apprenticeship Coordinator at Adams and Associates, Inc. This role is a critical part of our team, responsible for managing and supervising our Advanced College Training program and all advanced training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Program Management: Oversee the management and supervision of the Advanced College Training program and all advanced training programs, ensuring compliance with DOL policy and individual judgment about applicants' suitability and eligibility.
- Counseling and Case Management: Provide students with comprehensive and individualized case management, ensuring student progress, retention, and completion of the ACT program and all advanced training programs. Establish supportive/mentoring relationships with students throughout their enrollment and provide personal and career counseling.
- Community and Business Partnerships: Develop and maintain effective relationships with community and business partners, resulting in student benefit and success.
- Quality Work and Productivity: Produce quality work/assignments in a thorough, timely, and accurate manner, maintaining appropriate personal attendance, accountability, and work productivity standards.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor, monitor, and model the Career Success Standards as required by the PRH, providing quality case management and career counseling services for all non-residential students.
- Marketing and Recruitment: Responsible for the marketing and recruitment of all advanced training programs, establishing positive connections with staff at other Job Corps centers and conducting presentations for students as well as employers in the community.
- Program Improvement: Provide quality programs and services for students, ensuring that quality is maintained and student needs are met. Pursue improvement and enhancement of programs and services.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school required.
- Experience: Prefer Job Corps or related program experience.
