Job SummaryWe're seeking a Sales and Service Expert to join our team. As a Sales and Service Expert, you'll deliver an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members. You'll share your passion for fitness by helping new members get started on their fitness journey and build relationships with our members to drive retention.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a genuine, authentic, and engaging guest experience tailored to their unique needs and interests.
- Execute the CARE sales model with each guest and share how 24 Hour Fitness' products and services can meet their fitness needs.
- Generate leads and new business internally through member promotions, referrals, and guest passes.
- Manage and follow up on leads using our Lead Management System.
We're looking for someone who is authentic, sincere, and open-minded. You should be self-motivated, passionate about helping others, eager to learn, and have a genuine interest in helping others. You should also strive to excel, exceed goals, and have a can-do attitude.
