Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Supply Technology team as an Assistant in the field of supply engineering.

  • Process and manage incoming mail, maintain accurate filing systems, and handle general correspondence, scheduling, and office tasks.
  • Act as the central point of contact for administrative and organizational inquiries related to supply technology.
  • Provide support to the head of supply technology, including preparation and creation of protocols, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and track personnel issues in supply technology, including personnel planning, requisition, documentation, and other related tasks.
  • Assist in the development of business evaluations and contribute to the optimization and improvement of existing processes.
  • Organize internal events and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent degree.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in supply technology or the construction industry is a plus.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
